I heard a lot of great reviews about this, so I had to try it. My skin has been pimple city lately, and I bought this right before a trip, hoping it would help nullify the problem. However, I am sorry to say that I am extremely disappointed. I have been using this for about a month, and it has done absolutely nothing to help the problem. I loved the fact is was all natural, but obviously it is not strong enough to help with my problem skin.

No topical product "cures" acne, but this is one that can greatly reduce inflammation and swelling of acne lesions that crop up, thereby cutting short the amount of time it takes a blemish to clear. I use Nelsons as a spot treatment for large/deep/inflamed spots in addition to my normal skin routine, and I'd say it takes several days off the healing time of my worst lesions. I've found it works best applied liberally in the area of the breakout and rubbed into the skin really well, a couple of times a day (And it wouldn't surprise me at all if it's good for other skin problems as well. I've used it on cuts and have been amazed at how it speeds the healing process).

I started using this product upon the recommendation of a college roommate. Until then, my sensitive skin would break out regardless of the cleanser I tried (and I have tried EVERYTHING I could find), and soap left a slick residue. Since using Nelsons Gel, my skin has been completely clear and never looked better. I highly recommend it for use after Cetaphil or another mild cleanser for those with sensitive and problematic skin.

This has worked VERY well for my painful, cystic, adult acne. I have tried many other products (including others with tea tree oil) without success. This product dramatically reduces inflammation and redness literally overnight. I have also used this product successfully on insect bites to prevent infection, lessen itching and decrease swelling from skin reactions.

No more cystic acne. The smell is rather strong, but I apply and wait five to ten minutes until the smell is gone and it's dry enough to apply makeup and have been happy with the results. I also use Loma Lux acne pill and have recently started using Tea Tree Oil (Desert Essence). The combination has almost completely cured my skin troubles (just make sure to use a moisturizer). I haven't found this product in local stores, so I buy 4-5 at a time to make sure I don't run out.

Unfortunately, no help at all! This made absolutely no difference in appearance or inflammations. Yes, it has a strong smell but I wish it had some use to it besides the strong smell. I recommend Nature's Cure Men's Formula.

This product is wonderful. It works without drying your skin. If you dab some on just when a pimple is brewing, it stops the pimple from getting inflamed and getting bigger. It goes on with a tingly feeling and it does have a strong smell (it's the tea tree oil), but, hey, it really puts a stop to the pimple. My husband uses it as an antiseptic as well; after all, the product contains tea tree oil and sulphur.

It has a very, very strong smell that could clear up a congested nose. The product really doesn't stop the acne it just stops the inflammation and the irritation. It leaves and temporarily smoother feeling to the skin but as soon as you wash your face it goes back to your original texture. Again, it really didn't do any wonders for me.

This product has worked well for me. It is soothing to the skin, yet is effective against acne. I would recommend this for nighttime use only, since it does have a rather strong smell.
