the adapter makes these bags really easy to use and NO spills! i used lansinoh bags and it was too much of a pain to pump into a bottle then pour into the bag.....which i accidentally spilled some of the precious milk :-(. plus the lansinoh bags are too big. the medela bags are smaller and have a better design with the handle.

These bags work really well. I never have leak problems as long as I make sure I seal the zip lock part thoroughly. They store easily in the fridge or freezer and don't take up as much room as bottles.

These bags are easy to use with Medela pumps. I've been using them for several weeks and haven't had any problems or leaks. The only issue is that I've ripped the top part of the bags that hooks to the adapter when opening (the seal to open the bags are very tight), but I was still able to use the bags. I recommend getting these when on sale.
