Does anyone else panic now that quinine has been removed from the marketplace? Leg cramps are painful and disrupt sleep like nothing else. They are HORRIBLE. And this little pill (I take 2 every night) has helped immensely. I hoard the quinine pills I have left and now and then need to take one, but not like before I started using Hyland's.

A lot of nights when I get into bed and am ready to fall asleep my legs will start with a sensation that makes me move them constantly. This is quite a problem especially with my cat at my feet and ready to attack. I keep a bottle of my Hyland's next to the bed and take just 2 and within approximately 10 mins. my legs have calmed down and I can get to sleep.

Leg cramps after dropping off to sleep are a painful nuisance. I use this product in hopes that it will prevent cramps, but I often have the cramps anyway.
