I take them each morning to offset leg cramps. I also take them especially if a cramp starts, this helps to stop them from becoming worse. They are very easy to take as I put them under the tongue and they disolve quickly.

I use this product throughout the day and before bedtime (with a little higher dose then). It stops my leg cramps and those "creepy crawlies" you get in your legs at night from Restless Legs Syndrome. I have an autoimmune disease that results in severe chronic pain. And these are the difference between me being completely miserable with leg pain & me being able to relax without that creepy crawly feeling or cramps. I have been on Requip and other Restless Legs medications, as part of my treatment for my disease. But I like these just as well. And even when I have a very severe case of restless legs, they still help enough so I can calm down, relax & get some sleep. Couldn't live without these! I recommend them to anyone with leg cramps, that creepy crawly feeling, restless legs, autoimmune diseases, fibromyalgia, etc.

I followed the directions given but found no relief from leg cramps whatsoever. For me, there is not enough quinine to help me.

I had to take three tablets the other night for severe leg cramps. The tendons behind my knee are pushed inward to the point of walking like someone who's crippled. I took three tablets and the cramps were gone within five minutes. It wasn't until the next day that I noticed that the bottle I had on hand was 4 years out of date. Normally any form of medication loses its strength but not these pills. They're still kicking. I'd recommend Hyland's to anyone.

This product works!!! It is easy to take, tastes good and I would not be without it. I would recommend this product just as it was recommended to me.

This is such a fast acting tablet, I keep them in my nightstand and on the nights I wake up with leg cramps I just desolve 2 under my tongue and get instant relief. These are a miracle for me.

I have 2 forms of Lupus so I get those cramps in my ankle. My Husband gets the leg cramps after he works out. He takes 2 of these (as I do) & they do the trick. Since I'm forced to take meds for the Lupus, I'm very glad when I can find alternatives! I get so sick of seeing those ads on TV for drugs so these are the thing to take!

I have fibromyalgia, advanced scoliosis, severe arthritis of the spine, and other maladies. Occasionally, my leg, arm or hand muscles will contract and will not relax. I grab the Hyland's quinine and put two tablets under the tongue to dissolve. Within a few minutes (or less), the contractions stop. I have tried the other Hyland's leg cramp pills and they don't work as well for me. Sublingual is best. Keep a couple of bottles on hand, one on the nightstand and the other in the medicine chest or purse.

These really work. Due to kidney stones I cannot take a calcium supplement, so I get painful middle of the night leg cramps. Based on the reviews here I decided to try the Hyland's. They knock the cramp out in minutes. Highly recommended.

I used to use Legatrin until I could only find Legatrin PM which I don't care for. I discovered these little pills and decided to try them. They are wonderful. I get severe Charley Horses in my legs at night and sometimes during the day, cramps in my hands, feet, back, and everywhere. These are a miracle and get rid of the cramps completely within minutes. I carry them everywhere I go. If you get severe cramps, it would probably be well to take a calcium supplement too.
