I know of no product that relieves leg and foot cramps like this does. Legatrin is the biggest farce to ever reach the market. Tylenol and Dyphenhydramine??, give me a break. My Mother {90}swears by Legatrin, and I can not convince her that it is only an antihistamine and tylenol. I gave her Hylands, and she said it worked, but went back on Legatrin.

I suffer from nighttime leg cramps or restless legs, so Hyland's Leg Cramps with Quinine Tablets was a godsend. I'm very skeptical with any medications, but this worked for me, in a very short time also. Works much faster than other over-the-counter medications, which can take hours to work. They didn't dissolve as fast under my tongue as they did with the help of a few drinks of water. I'd recommend this product to family and friends.

Hyland's Leg Cramps with Quinine tablets didn't do anything for my leg cramp. Maybe it's because the pain was in my knee. These tablets are very easy to take. I put them under my tongue and they dissolve -- very quickly, I might add. And, the taste isn't bad. Actually, they have very little to no taste. I couldn't even figure out what the taste was.

This product was extremely easy to take. It begins working almost immediately. However, I've been diagnosed with Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS) and it didn't help with those attacks. If my legs started cramping, it would lessen the severity of the cramping but not get rid of it completely.

I was very skeptical but this product really does work. I get terrible leg cramps and usually use a pain reliever. I tried Hyland's Leg Cramps tablets and within an hour I felt great. The only drawback is that they're chalky tasting. You dissolve the tablets on your tongue so there's no need for a glass of water to wash them down.

This is a great product. Many people I know, including myself, suffer from leg cramps, especially during the night. Drinking quinine water has always been a recommended remedy, but it tastes awful. This is a viable alternative and helps you get a good night's sleep.

This product might or might not be effective. It's pleasant tasting, easy to use, but in my opinion, could not possibly relieve leg cramps caused by poor circulation.
