I really like the gel more than the paste. My husband does, too, but he likes peppermint, which they don't make anymore in a gel. I also like that it is fluoride-free.

I used this toothpaste every day. It tastes great, isn't too harsh, and is a lot more natural than most toothpastes on the market.

Very pleasent flavor, does not leave a nasty after tase in your mouth. Our dentist was skeptical with us useing a floride free tooth paste, but he himself on the kids last visit said "Your kids teeth are the cleanest I've worked on all day" He said this in front of a waiting room full of parents and kids. Must be good, I know we are happy.

Ive been using this with Biotene mouth wash and i can see there is a small reduction in tartar
my teeth are whiter and my breath feels a lot fresher than with other toothpastes...

it prevents stains from building up... and instantly removes coffee or tea stains in just one brush

I love the spearmint gel. I first used Tom's toothpaste, and you really do get used to it after a few days like I had seen other comments say, but the gel is even smoother and closer to "conventional" toothpaste, and I like the spearmint better than the peppermint too. I'm going to order another tube now, but I haven't ordered it from here in at least a few months, so I'm hoping that they didn't change the formula or anything, since the first comment here says it was "gritty" with a bad taste, and I've certainly never experienced either of those, so hopefully it was just someone that doesn't like the gel!

I meant to buy the toothpaste, but I apparently clicked on the gel on accident. The gel toothpaste is gritty and the taste is bad - it makes me gag. The spearmint toothpaste is wonderful, that's what I usually use - just be careful you don't pick the wrong one because they are both on the same page.
