Nice hi-dose of omegas with just one capsule, but the outer gel-shell is very tough to chew. Give to older children. Strawberry taste overcomes the fishy taste, but there is a brief fishy taste.

If I knew the taste how bad it was, I didn't order it.
I and my daughter(6yrs) tried it, and it was too disgusting. When we chewed it, the fish oil inside popped out and it became hard like a plastic. It was impossible to swallow it.
If it was not a chewable gel, we could take it and wouldn't waste our money.

I was even disappointed more, not to hear from the drugstore customer service when I inquired if the product was supposed to be like this.

I don't recommend it anyone. I trusted the 5 star ranking, but it was a big mistake.

I regularly take fish oil pills, and I got this one as a sample. It's about half the size of an adult pill, but I tried it. There's something about the weird pop and the almost tasteless liquid that pours out of it when you bite...it's just unsettling. And then I wasn't sure whether to swallow the capsule. So I did. And it still feels like it's stuck in my throat. I wouldn't recommend these. Stick with gummies or regular capsules.

The taste itself was weak, but it did cover the fishy taste that's pretty typical of these types of pills. That was nice.

I have tried lots of different omegas for my kids (ages 4,7). They like the gummy kind, but I worry about the sugar on their teeth. I was looking for a chewable without sugar, but that tasted good. Also, we have tried others that require 3-6 little capsules per day. They love these and they only require 1 per day to get the right amount. They are a bit expensive, but seem high quality.

This was a miracle pill for my daughter, who had severe constipation. I'm a peds RN, and a pediatrician friend recommended these as an alternative to Miralax, which caused her to alternate constipation with diarrhea. She's been regular ever since, and it's good for a developing brain as well!
