I just recently bought this hair dryer and all I have to say is how great it is. I've been searching for a hair dryer that is light since I have tendinitis and one that also is compact with a shorter barrel so that my arm is not extended so far out from drying your hair. I also was looking for multiple settings. This dryer fit the bill, I've officially stopped looking and have finally found the best one. I have to say my hair has less frizz, more shine and dries my curly hair quickly. In addition it has 3 heat settings, one of which is cold. It is truly a cold setting without having to hit the front cool shot button. Great feature to lock in style. I also like the location of the buttons which are recessed, smart location in the back of the handle. It feels comfortable in the hand as well. Don't hesitate get this you won't regret it. Makes you wonder why can't all manufactures design dryers like this.

Worked great for about 6 months and then the switch broke so there is only one speed.

Ordered previously from another site 2 years ago and returned because didn't like placement of the switches. Now needing a hair dryer and could not find a medium lightweight hair dryer for less than $100 until I remembered this one. Actually had to return this one because there was a crack on the top from the nozzle to the air intake. I do remember from prior use that it did perform well for my thick medium length hair. I just reported the damaged dryer and a replacement is on the way now.

I love this hairdryer! I usually don't spend this much on a hairdryer but I think this one is worth it. I've had it for a few weeks now and it's been perfect for me. I have short fine hair so the medium heat setting with low fan speed and without the detachable air flow concentrator is enough for me.

It has 3 heat settings, 2 fan speeds plus a cool shot button. It has an unusually long cord that's not too stiff, so it's still easy to manage. The back of the hairdryer (air intake) has an easy flip open screen for cleaning. It's also relatively quiet (at least on low fan speed) and it doesn't have that high-pitch whine like some hairdryers. It's also very light and compact for the amount of air it puts out. It feels and sounds like a quality hairdryer.

There are several models of the X5, so be sure to look for this model 7025 as I think this has the highest wattage for heat.

This hair dryer is extremely effective for its compact size and price. My hair feels so soft and silky after using it. It does add more body than I would like. I love the rubber nubs on the sides of it so when I lie it on the counter it lies soft. It's so small that it fits in a small drawer with other items. Love it!
