Bigger is not always better. It's time they learn to make capsules and pills smaller granted I don't have any problems swallowing them but some people do. Same dose by different manufacturer is 1/3 to 1/4 the size, so yes it can be done!

I have taken a combination of B2 and B6 (in equal amounts) every day for years. I find, along with some other vitamins, like Folic Acid, are good supplements. It is impossible to find B2 tablets in local stores, so I was happy to find that I could order them online.

Long ago I read about the need for women to take Vitamin B6, but to do so with an equal amount of Vitamin B2. Although most B vitamins are readily available in food, I felt that these in combination were helpful to me over and above what I could get through good nutrition. I have taken these all my life, but recently have found it impossible to find B2 locally. Hence, I am very glad that it is available to order online. I do not take a B combination vitamin in addition, because too much B vitamin just gets excreted. But the extra B2, B6, and Folic acid seem to have beneficial effects.

I've tried many different brands of B-2 since my doctor prescribed it for my migraine. Since I have to take several pills/capsules per day, it's vital to me that it be easy to swallow.

This Nature's Way brand is one of the easiest to swallow.

Because this is a capsule format, it seems to absorb quicker and therefore work faster.

This brand is a great alternative to prescription B-2 tablets and costs less. It is just as effective as prescription B-2.

I take 1 petadolex, 1 B2, and 2 Magnesium Citrate once a day, two times if I feel a Migraine starting. Since I began this treatment suggested to me by a Neurologist - the migraines have been reduced in half. It really does help. I have and would recommend the usage for anyone with diagnosed Migraines. Neuro doctor originally stated take it two times a day. I just can't swallow the Mg Citrate horse pills that well.
