Helps prevent sunburn. Retains SPF after 40 minutes of activity in water.

For external use only. When using this product keep out of eyes. Rinse with water to remove. Stop use and ask a doctor if rash or irritation develops and lasts. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Sun protection measures: Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. -2 p.m. and wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats and sunglasses. Children under 6 months: Ask a doctor. For use on skin only.

I use this product on myself. It was rated well on the Environmental Working Group's 'Skin Deep' database. It was a combination of that rating and price that made me purchase it. I also have found that it dries quickly, especially in the wind. It will even roll off a little if it dries and builds up. It is difficult to get it off in the shower, yet it comes off easily on fabric (a nice white outline of my back on the fabric of my sister's new car) It does its job though. I haven't had any burns, and it is far less toxic than the chemical sunscreens. A lot of these issues are common to the mineral/mechanical blocks and not unique to this brand. I will gladly deal with these to avoid the nasty chemicals in the non mineral sunscreens.

This sunscreen doesn't leave my kids skin as white but you can't put it on in the wind and sun because it dries very quickly and then won't rub in. It will crumble and turn white. If you put it on inside before you go out, rub it in very very quickly it will work well.

I was less than impressed with this sunscreen. I put it on my 4 year old twins and it left a sticky white film and did not offer the sun protection I had expected. We were in the sun for 5 hours, I applied twice and they both got burned. I will go back to vanicream.

I was not impressed by this product. I have bought other products with these ingredients that have gone on smoother and not made such a white sticky mess. I won't be buying this again.

This is good for kids when they are outside under sun. I bought 2 of them because I have 2 kids and the summer is long. It is natural base and is safe for the skin. I will recommend it.
