ok so i got this product thinking its going to help my hair look healthier and longer and just better in general. anyways i have tried this shampoo about 3-4 times but my 1st use i felt like it didn't clean my hair at all. after about a few more uses i had the same result (leaving my hair greasy) dont use this on any hair type:( :(

I've been using this product since 2008/2009, switching it up every once and again, but always going back to my Long Term Relationship shampoo and conditioner. I hadn't used the shampoo in a couple of months, but I had a lot of the conditioner left, so yesterday I went ahead and got a new bottle of shampoo. IT SMELLS DIFFERENT. I'm not usually one to read much into the labels (split ends, treated, frizz control etc.) shampoo is shampoo, so I usually pick a shampoo that will leave my hair smelling great. Long Term Relationship had such a great scent, I got complimented all the time! I don't like the new shampoo scent and I hate that it smells different from the conditioner. I guess it's our time to call it quits and move on </3

Flower bloom when you use this! Incredible! My hair was not dry and it was silky and full of scents! Best ever! Everyone buy this!

I have not used HE for a long time. I go for the salon stuff. I am suprised on how good this was for a drugstore brand. Smelled good but not overpowering. My hair was soft shiny and felt like a good level of conditioning for my hair. My ends look great and did not have to add iny oils or leave-ins

I don't normally write reviews, but for this I had to make an exception. Wow. This is hands down the WORST shampoo I've ever used. Shampoo, by definition should clean your hair. This product leaves a greasy residue that makes my hair look just as bad or worse after i've showered. My hair feels disgusting. It is heavy, limp, and looks filthy. I'm throwing this bottle away. Which is such a waste. I have been a fan of herbal essences for years and normally love their products but this one seriously falls short. Until they change the formula back, Avoid Avoid Avoid.

I bought this shampoo because I've been growing out my hair. Every time I use it now, I have this nasty, waxy build up on my roots after blow drying. I thought my husband was using my hair brush on his pomade hair, but no. My hair is already limp and oily, and this shampoo made it worse. It never feels clean now. I also used the long term relationship conditioner, and it did not moisturize or detangle my ends.

I bought this shampoo since I am trying to grow my hair out and reduce breakage. I bought the shampoo and the conditioner. Within weeks my hair was brittle, dried out, and coarse. I will NEVER use Herbal Essences again and I am SO disappointed in this product. My hair still hasn't returned back to it's original luster and I am at my wits end trying to repair it. It has not been colored in a very long time and I've been growing it out for 2 years. It's so upsetting! I've been growing my hair out since the beginning of my 2012 and it used to be so soft and pretty, and since using the "Long Term Relationship" shampoo/conditioner duo I haven't been able to get it back to looking nice again, and I HATE IT so much I'm considering cutting it!!!!! I spoke with a couple other friends to see if they had this occurrence and all but one spoke about how within weeks after using Herbal Essences the health of their hair severely declined. Never again in a million years will I EVER buy ANY shampoo or conditioner from Herbal Essences.

I loved the fragrance of the shampoo but after using the shampoo for a while my hair started to literally fall out in CLUMPS. I was pulling CLUMPS out of my hair every time I would run my hand through my hair.

I saw so many great reviews on this shampoo so I decided to run out and get it. I was hoping for something great and my guess is the changed the formula or something.. idk. Anyways I have a horrible sticky residue on the top of my head and my hair is not silky or smooth, it's somewhat rough. I wouldn't recommend this. Honey I'm Strong and the frizziness one are both great tho!

I have used these shampoos for 2 years. I have always liked the smell and how it leaves my hair.
