I didn't think I would need fenugreek but I picked some up just in case. I was glad to have it around and it did the trick. I saw in increase in my supply after a week. It's also good to know that it's vegan! Another great product from My Brestfriend.

Product worked well and I think it helped me increase my milk production by 20% or so. It is easy to use and it is a good value compared to other milk increasing products. The cons are that it made me sweat with a distasteful odor (like soup gone bad) and made me constipated. A good alternative are the Motherlove more milk special blend capsules, but be prepared to pay three times more for them.

I used this product to increase my milk supply and it worked great. Within 3 days I saw a 40% increase in my milk production. I took a different brand of Fenugreek with my last child and the pills were hard to swallow, these pills are smaller and a lot easier to swallow. Of the brands offered on drugstore.com I would reccomend this one over the others.
