Construction is very cheap. First clock received was obviously a previously returned item that already was broken. There are screws that hold the clock to the packaging on the back. They are no indications that they have to be removed to take the clock out of the packaging. I received two clocks. The first one had both screw hold downs ripped through the packaging and the clock mechanism pulled out of the clock. The second one had one screw holddown missing but the clock was still intact and worked ok.

Service and delivery comments:

Clocks were received in a timely manner. First clock was defective and Drugstore sent an immediate replacement and return authorization. Issue was handle very well.

Has never accepted signal, although my other 5 clocks do; no problem. LaCrosse keeps blaming my batts; what a croc!
