Bought this for my husband in December... it shedded from the beginning, within 4 months it fell apart. Completely unglued.

Brush does a fine job. Nice that hairs are longer, which seems to transfer more lather faster. Occasional hair shedding is not a major problem. There was a not particularly strong odor at first that was gone after a couple of uses. Would highly recommend. If you shave every day consider getting two and alternating.

It works good for a few shaves, then it starts shedding the badger hair on your face more and more with each use. It's hard to notice until you are shaving and see individual hairs getting caught in your razor with each stroke. Very poor quality.

I shave in the shower with a shaving mirror attached to the shower head. Despite repeated washes with shampoo, the brush stinks. It is also course, and irritated my skin, and made almost no lather. I had to replace my old one, which was soft, and lathered up with just one swipe over the shaving soap, when I dropped it on the tile floor and it broke. Now I have to replace this one as I threw it in the trash.

i had used a boar bristle brush before, but now that i have used a pure badger brush i will not go back. i am so happy with this brush i no longer have the urge to spend hundreds on a more expensive brush.

Really need a stand for it to hold in upright position.

Heat the soap & bristles in hot water & you have hot lather shaving soap.

Too bulky to travel with, I use canned shaving creme while traveling.

This brush loads holds a lot of foam and feels good when applied. Pleasantly surprised. Good value when you consider the higher price badger brushes.
