I drink a 750 ml.'s of water per day. Two squirts = perfect. I bought the Fruit Punch after reading the reviews and it is yummy. Sweetens my water without making it cloying.

I love that you don't have to refrigerate it, so I can take it with me. And each little pump comes out just right, something I was concerned about. Good job packaging it.

I gave up on diet soda a year ago and drink only water. Once this product came out, it totally made it more fun and tasteful to do so. Not to mention I lost 30 pounds in one year without even trying. :)

This is a great product - mixes well with water - tastes great. Only issue is the coloring - which can make a mess if spilled. Wish the different flavors were all clear color

I bought this in Fruit Punch just to try it. Well, I love it! So convenient to use and so tiny to store or take with you. I use about five squirts per 8oz glass and I know I've gotten more than 24 servings so far and the bottle is still not empty. I love that there's no calories, fat or caffeine. This is great to keep in your purse or in your car, upstairs, downstairs! Anywhere you have access to plain water! Great to use in bottled water to add a flavor without adding calories. It does need to be stirred a little, but I just put a little water in my glass, add the Mio and then fill the rest of the glass up and that gets the job done without using a spoon. Will definitely continue to buy!
