These bars were not good. I sent them to my husband in Korea and they were so bad that he mailed them to me in Afghanistan. The 3 of us in my shop here all tried them and nobody liked them so they are still sitting on our community shelf. We have all concurred that they taste like rotten bananas or feet (whichever you may prefer)... We have actually chosen to eat old MRE's before grabbing one of these off of the shelf.

These bars are very yummy. My son is a very picky eater so I sneak in different types of foods he wouldn't normally eat through granola bars. This one has different types of seeds that are nutritious. I also eat them because they are healthy and a little sweet.
