When I found the Palmer's line of products, I thought I'd found the perfect products for this African-American natural hair. It says that this particular product would lay down the baby hair and control edges. It did no such thing. I will continue to use the line, minus this one. I am going back to my original sculpting gel.

I am definitely a Gel-Nista, using every kind on the market including ethnic hair gels and professional salon brands. I was always on the hunt for the next best thing that gave a great hold, didn't flake, and wouldn't dry my hair. This product not only gives a great all day hold, but it also conditions, shines and even slicks down those hard to get baby fine hairs. A little gel, a light brush with a damp hairbrush and "Voila!", the perfect, well groomed 'Doo'. Be careful though, too much and your hair will get greasy. Otherwise, a fantastic hair gel. The texture has something to be desired and you don't get a lot of bang for your buck, but a wonderful product anyway.

I really like this product it hold my natural hair well. I tend to not like putting gel in my hair because it gets to hard. But this holds my hair in the front. The back peas are a different story. Be careful when you use this because if you put to much it can get greasy.
