This product works slow so be patient. It well hinder hair loss, but I have not noticed appreciable new growth.

It's so hard to tell with this sort of thing, but I THINK it's working well. I tried a different brand of Biotin previously, and I could tell my nails got harder, which was good...but with THIS brand, I feel like I can tell my hair is in better condition! It seems shinier and more manageable.

The Natures Bounty 10mg Biotin tablets have more calcium than Biotin. Why? I am taking this at a high dose for ms, and this formulation has too much calcium.

My hair has always been shiny, healthy and long. However, a few years ago I got a little over zealous with dying it different colors mostly different shades of blondes and browns. My hair was fine until I decided to bleach it one.. more time... Noooot a good idea. It started to feel like straw and become brittle due to over bleaching. I wanted my healthy beautiful hair back so I did the unthinkable for any woman. I cut all of my hair off ! It was a very traumatic time for me having had long hair most of my life. This biotin brought my hair back quicker, thicker and shinier. I expected nothing less from something with such a high dosage. It's probably best to consult with a doctor before taking these. I did not. I did however, try to have a healthy diet and drank lots of water which I'm sure helped as well. I also cut these tablets when I was running low to make them last longer. I would buy these again if I wanted a little boost in the hair department. By the way, this stuff makes hair everywhere grow faster, no lie. That's the only con. Overall it's a great product.

This really is the absolute best Biotin available. I have Hashimoto's Hypothyroidism which causes hair loss, weak peeling nails, dry skin and a myriad of other issues. On the recommendation of some forums I decided to start taking Biotin a couple years back. I have changed brands a few times depending on what was on sale, and noticed whenever I switched from this brand to another my hair looked worse and my nails would weaken/break.

I just switched back to this biotin last month and the difference is stark. I see it most in my fingernails, I had my nails cut super short as they kept peeling/breaking and it hurt. Since taking this Biotin, in a month, my nails are now long and hard as can be. They look great, white and healthy and super strong. I was shocked how quickly this Biotin worked. I really cannot recommend this brand and ONLY this brand. The other ones just do not work as well, Natrol Biotin is amazing!
