I used this product and my bones and muscles started hurting all over shortly afterwards. I got a migraine headache. At first I thought I was getting the flu and tried again the next day with the same effects. I had to take a pain killer to get to sleep! Product is awful but drugstore customer service is one of the best.

SO EASY TO MIX UP A SHAKE WHEN TIME IS LIMITED. VERY FILLING AND HAS A GREAT TASTE. I JUST PUT IN A SHAKER WITH CRUSHED ICE AND WATER. GREAT TO SIP ON AS I DO HOUSE CLEANING, RUN ERRANDS OR GET READY FOR WORK.

It's an ok meal replacement shake for the money. Too much sugar per serving and it was much sweeter than I need it to be. I've had far better meal replacement shakes with more vitamins and no sugar at all. Not for dieters trying to eliminate sugar from diet

Great for morning or anytime, snack or meal, mixes easily. I use a spoon or shaker and mix with water. Fat free milk works well also. I like the Chocolate flavor and the texture is smooth. The price is reasonable for the amount and quality of product. Best deal I found was on Drugstore.com.
