The ingredients in this product are actually very good compared to other exfoliates in this price range.I have tried soooo many microdermabrasion scrubs and polishes. And although this is not my absolute favorite, it is very good! My favorite has smaller "oxide crystals" rather than "pumice" as the exfoliating ingredient. My favorite has ingredients that I prefer to use on my face (i.e Jajoba oil, apricot oil, papaya enzyme) compared to the ingredients in this exfoliating "polish". And although I recommend and "like" this "polish" I just do not feel that I get the same results of my favorite exfoliating scrub cream. However … my favorite costs five times more for only half as much product!! Botanics offers a very good "polish" for your money.

I use other Acure products as well, and I am always looking for natural, organic, vegan products for my skin care. This scrub has an earthy almost seashore scent, is gentle enough for using a few times a week, and has only ingredients that I can pronounce in it. It is fantastic. I highly recommend it!

Got a sample of this from my local natural health shop and decided to buy here because I was pleased with how well this exfoliates. It really feels like you're getting a deep clean. However I don't recommend it for daily use, maybe I'd even cut down use to 2x a week as I found it drying.

I have combo skin so it can be a challenge finding products that are effective enough to exfoliate and clear the oil on my T-zone, but gentle enough to not dry out my cheeks. I also have skin allergies and am prone to exczema, but this product doesn't irritate my skin at all. This scrub is perfect! It's not watered down like other "scrubs", but also not sandpaper skin-peeling strong. I use it 3-4 times a week during the winter (when my skin is dry) and almost everyday, sometimes twice a day, during the summer (when my skin is oilier). My face looks so much smoother and more even, and I have a lot less whiteheads.

This is ok, not wonderful. Feels good but it looks/smells weird and does NOT wash away makeup. Might be better if I used it in the morning.

I like the herbal/natural scent and I like products with marine ingredients. I tested this on the back of my hand at the store and it is a grainy scrub which I prefer over watered down scrubs. But after less than a minute of scrubbing with this on my face in the shower, the scrub particles melted and it foamed profusely. My skin looked red and felt smooth but overly exfoliated. I was not expecting a scrub to foam.

I use this two times daily--great results--this product delivers. One only needs to use a small amount. I lather it between my fingers before applying to my face. Leaves my face bright, smooth, with even skin tone.

No need for a foundation!
