I am an active person, and find hydration important. I have used nun tri-berry for years and was wary about the tea flavor, as I tend to sip tea, not gulp it like i need sports nutrition drinks post workout. There is no tea taste to this, and I prefer the more natural ingredients. It is more expensive than the original nun, but considering it uses stevia instead, I guess it is worth it. I use one tablet per 32 ounces, the taste is too sweet if used as directed
