I bought these for ingrown hairs. My angled tweezers are much sharper than these. There is no need for the safety cap as they would not puncture a stick of butter. Very disappointed with this purchase.

I have a big facial hair issue, so plucking is part of my life. My go-to tweezers broke and I could not find a suitable replacement. (I'm still looking). These things are super-sharp and do grab onto small hairs, problem is, more often than not, you also grab onto a bit of skin without realizing it and then you end up bleeding and with a scab the next day. I'd say don't use them for your face, maybe for splinters or fine craft work.

I purchased these tweezers mainly for slivers. My grandkids are outside most of the time and freq. get slivers. I was very happy to see how tiny the end was and the cover that came with it.
