I purchased this in January but was pretty stocked on lotion at the time. When I went to open it yesterday, the manufacture date was printed on the bottle. It's from 2010. When I buy lotion, I do not expect it to already be 5 years old when it arrives. Every site I looked at to see if it's safe to use says not to use lotions after 3 years even if they're sealed. Thus, this was expired 2 years before Drugstore.com charged me for it. Very disappointed and a little grossed out, because I wonder how many people missed the manufacture date or ignored it.

I bought the product because it has verbena scent. The lotion doesn't smell like verbena at all. The texture is really runny/ watery for lotion. It leaves my skin quite sticky. I would stick to Jergens

I use the product after my shower as i have used lotion for years after showering. At first, I thought it was just a coincidence that my skin was itching after applying the lotion. Then after using it several times and still having the same result I wouldn't use it again at all. It makes my skin crawl. I have to hurry and put my regular lotion over it and the itching stops. The only thing I can think is that it dries my skin out.

I bought this on a sale for the first time and just love the way it moisturizes my skin. I have a dry skin and tend to get much drier during harsh winter in Connecticut. The lotion is fast absorbing, instantly softens the skin and lasts for 2 to 3 hours on a day out. In a weather like in Connecticut, lasting for 3 hours is just amazing!

I love verbena and this lotion has a nice clean scent, not overpowering. It is difficult to find products that are not tested on animals, made in the USA, reasonably priced, and wonderful products -- this fits all! I first tried De-Luxe with hand soap and liked it so much, I decided to get the lotion. You can't go wrong with this brand.

When I first ordered this product I didn't like it because I thought the consistency was too thin, but as I continued using it I fell in love with it. The description is true. It certainly left my skin feeling hydrated and silky without the heavy, greasy feeling. Will buy again but I want to a try different scent this time around

I had bought the de-luxe gift bag for a Christmas gift last December and found it in the bottom of the closet in a box when I was cleaning. My severe eczema was burning my hands as I was cleaning all day. My hands are cracked, dry and burn on a regular basis. When I saw the bag of de-luxe, I grabbed the bag and reached in to try one of the creams to use in desperation. I grabbed this bottle and smeared it all over my hands, expecting it to burn. It did not!! It is luxuriously creamy. Not greasy or oily. Soaked in, but can still feel the protection on my hands, hours later. I am very impressed. I know it won't "heal" my hands, but it sure has soothed them and is still protecting them. I am happy. Now...with the product sitting in my closet for 9 months, the scent does smell somewhat like the plastic container. It is the "Verbena". Don't know if this is the normal smell, or if the plastic has leaked into the product. Will try another scent of this when I buy the "large" size. And, I will!!
