I finished half the bottle before I realized it had coconut oil as its second ingredient. I thought I was occasionally breaking out because of another product in my skin care routine, since this one is so gentle. But coconut oil is highly comedogenic= clogs pores. Once I stopped using it the breakouts stopped. Its too bad to because the rest of the ingredients are great!

I really loved this cleanser but it didn't do anything to help my acne. It doesn't claim to but that's why I stopped using it. The ingredients are clean and organic. It removes makeup better than anything else I have used. Smells wonderful and it's gentle.

I've been using this product for a few weeks. It is wonderful! All you need is a small dot on your hand to have plenty for washing your face and neck. I love how soft and smooth my face feels afterward but the fact that it's organic was what sold me on it in the first place. I highly recommend!

This product would be perfect if it didn't make my face look like Rocky Mountain status. I love the pump, I love the smell, the consistency is great, worked very well with my clarisonic, left my skin feeling smooth and cleansed but not filmy or greasy at all... but after 3 or 4 days of using this, I started breaking out. I wanted to give it a fair shot so I continued to use it for about 2 weeks but it only got worse. My skin usually reacts well to natural oils, but I'm suspecting it might be the coconut oil because that's known to be highly comedogenic for acne-prone skin. I personally have not put coconut oil on my face but I knew the high comodogenicy of it, so I suppose that was my own stupidity. I figured seeing as there are also so many other great natural oils in this as well that it might work out. Nope. I was getting breakous where I normally don't breakout. If you're acne-prone, buy with caution.

I bought this cleanser because I have been using Dessert Essence's Tea Tree Oil facial cleanser for years and like it. This product is also very good--my skin feels clean and stays soft after cleansing. My only complaint is that the pump for this and other Dessert Essence cleansers often gets clogged and stops working before I finish the bottle. Otherwise, I love it and will continue to use it even with the inconvenience of having to open the bottle rather than pumping it.

I searched for a cleanser that won't dry my skin out but leaves it feeling clean. It gives me just a little foam which I like. At first it made my nose itch so I'm probably slightly allergic to an ingredient. Still, I've decided to keep it and have become a fan because it works and I love the ingredients, company ethics and price.

people! i had red burn dry skin from other face washes that i use to used i was soooo depress about my skin on my face and than i found this product and BAM it help my skin and it doesn't dry it out i love this product sooo much! plus it USDA organic i never seen a face wash that was USDA organic and it smells like fresh squeeze organic juice! it just make you wanna eat it haha

My experience may be unusual for this product, but it is not unusual for me. I have extremely dry, sensitive skin with some roseacea and virtually any product will be too harsh for cleansing. This was no exception, unfortunately. After the first use, my face felt dry, itchy, and flushed. Back to pure jojoba oil and Cetaphil, a combo that at least doesn't irritate.

Your results may vary, but I would not recommend this to a friend if she had similar skin issues.

I cleanse my face every morning and evening with Desert Essence Gentle Nourishing Organic Cleanser for Sensitive Skin. My face is clean and soothed.
My rosacea is happier then it's ever been and I feel like I have a handle on this horrid skin condition.
When I follow my morning cleansing with Neurogena Healthy Defense Moisturizer, then BareEscentuals mineral makeup, my skin feels wonderful and looks so much better.

I have very sensitive, skin and cannot use many products without redness or some sort of irritation. This product is truly gentle for my aging sensitive skin and it washes off my make-up at night. I absolutely love it and it smells great. Wonderful product.
