I like to use the product in place of coffee, which I am having trouble developing a taste for. In terms of the stimulant-effect, Zip Fizz is effective. I respond to it quickly, the high is sustained and clean, and levels-out without any crash. I am not sure how many of the vitamins and minerals survive the acid bath your stomach puts food through, but the B-vitamins are served in such high dosage that some benefit may register.

I added Zipfizz grape flavor to a bottle of water and got a noticeable, but not overwhelming, energy boost. It dissolved quickly and had a nice flavor.

Tastes like a fizzy orange drink. Gave me a little lift in the afternoon. Nothing about it I don't like. Except my water bottle at work is 8 oz. and this makes 16-20 oz. But I guess that's good. I should have only used half of one package. I didn't realize it until after I dumped the contents into my bottle. I like that it comes in a plastic tube so it travels well.
