This product does work extremely well for relaxation and for sore muscles when you use it in a bath. But I also find that it works very well as a scrub. I usually mix a little almond oil and maybe a drop or two of essence oil to a good handful of the salt and scrub down my body (I've mixed with honey as well). The salt really helps with any rough patches, as predicable, and aids to reduce any skin aliments. Not to mention that is does soften you skin either from bathing or scrubbing, so as long as you don't use very hot water - that just dries your skin out regardless what you do.

This is a wonderful way to relax. The salts soften your skin and relieves soreness and pain. Good product

I have severe psariosis and have tried many bath products. Finally, I found one that works! AHAVA Dead Sea Bath Salts are wonderful when used as directed. Fragrance-free is good for sensitive skin, and I add aromatherapy oils for a spa-like feel. After bathing you MUST shower off or the salts will remain and become itchy. This product is definitely worth the money, and has given me smoother skin---what a relief! I recommend it to anyone with dry/sensitive skin.

I love all the Ahava bath salts. They are extremely relaxing before bed, and a good long soak with them also softens the skin.

I love Ahava salts. You could mix some essential oils in yourself. You must rinse off after bathing in dead sea salts. The minerals are not so intense as to make everyone feel the therapeutic effects so dramatically. Bathing in dead sea salts should be an ongoing experience.

It worked very well. I gave it four stars because it drew out dead skin on my feet, made my skin feel softer, and I liked the way it foamed up my bathtub (like I was bathing in an ocean). It did not make my body feel any more special than when I take a regular bath, but the results after I got out of the tub were better than any other bath salt that I have used. In this regard, I would suggest adding some sort of scent or fragrance to it, but the product itself is fabulous. I would give Ahava Bath Salts to an older friend (for instance, my mother loved them), and any of my very athletic friends (the feeling of bathing with these salts after a strenuous workout is AMAZING)- but to pamper myself, I would use a more scented bath salt.

I just LOVE the Ahava Dead Sea bath salts. After a really bad day at work, a nice hot bath with the salts -- and stress seems to disappear. It's so relaxing. My skin is soft and smooth, and my dry patches are gone. It's really a great product. Wish I had known about it before. With Christmas around the corner, I know what to get my girlfriends. They will really enjoy it.

I found this product made my skin very soft after relaxing for the 20 minutes recommended.
