Even though they say it takes months to work, I found that it immediately reduced the ringing in my ears after one month. Now I just get it periodically where before it was constant (for 20 years)

I use this product to treat symptoms of VERTIGO. It works well and is much less costly than other products used to treat inner ear problems.

Flavonoid products definitely reduce symptoms of ear ringing for me. My problems are gunshot-caused and this type of product is not generally supposed to improve that but the relief is genuine. I see no downside to taking since the ingredients are useful for many applications besides hearing issues. I wouldn't be without this.
As a dietary supplement, take one caplet 3 times daily, preferably after a meal, or as recommended by your healthcare provider. For faster results, take 2 caplets three times a day. For best results, use for at least 6 months. Store in a dry, room controlled environment.
