I ordered this shampoo because I have a keratin straightening system in my hair, according to a survey xtend was rated as one of the best products to extend the life of a keratin treatment. I found the shampoo left my hair knotty(even with the conditioner) and way too much volume after blow drying. It also does not have a nice scent.
Apply a small amount to thoroughly wet hair. Massage gently into hair and scalp working up a generous lather. Rinse well with warm water. Follow up with Simply Smooth Xtend Keratin Replenishing Conditioner.
