Use to remove eyeliner and mascara. May sting if gets into eye, but if you're careful, no problem. Apply with cotton ball or make up remover pad.

This product is fantastic!!! No more high-end departments stores for me! I love that there is no oily residue and no blurred vision after removing the procuct. The only con is the bottle should be BIGGER, maybe 6 oz???

I use this product strictly to remove eye make-up that is not waterproof. I put it on a cotton pad then press the pad to my closed eye and hold it there for a few seconds. A few gentle wipes later and all eye make-up is removed without leaving my eyes greasy or oily. If you go heavy on mascara you may have to swipe a few extra times. I've tried a few other products that were a bit cheaper but they were not as effective or left an oily residue. I'd rather spend more money on my moisturizer than on make-up remover and overall I think this is the most effective for your money.

Maybelline eye makeup remover is gentle yet thorough, does not sting, is not oily, gently removes all traces of mascara. Easy to use: slightly moisten a cotton round w/ water, then add a few drops of Maybelline remover, wipe the eye area, and your makeup is gone! So inexpensive, but so effective.
