This product really is effective in diminishing grey in new hair follicle growth. I have been taking it daily for the past year and have much, much less grey hair then when I started.

I saw no reduction in gray after one month so I thought I'd try it for a second month to be sure. I wish I had used my money on a trip to the hairdresser for color to cover my gray instead.

I am taking the pills daily with meals as instructed on the bottle. After over two months I haven't seen a noticeable change on my gray hair.
