I'm allergic to other perfumed loose powder. This one, although it's inexpensive, suits me best. I don't cough when applying it.

This powder has a wonderful, fine, silky consistency and a pleasant smell that doesn't linger. It goes on smoothly with the included puff and controls shine for a long time--maybe not all day, but for several hours, at least. I have mostly normal/combination skin, with a forehead that can get oily and cheeks that tend toward dryness; this controlled shine all over without making any part of my face dry or itchy. It didn't reveal flaky patches or make the thin skin under my eyes look wrinkly. It's difficult to evaluate the finish because it doesn't really match my skin tone. I would expect a powder that only comes in light or medium to be more neutral, but this has a noticeable yellow tone.

I have combination skin that is oily in T zone so I load it up on my brush and apply it there as a finish touch. I think it's alright to use it in the last step of your make up but I can't really tell if it helps absorbing oil because I found myself reapplying after few hours (2-3hrs; plus it's loose poweder..and doesn't really stay on). At least, my skin didn't break out so..I guess it's ok. Also, quantity is fairly good for the price.

I use this everyday to eliminate shine and set my makeup. I've used it for years now and am still happy.

For 5 bucks, this product is great. Doesnt oil my skin up at all and its great for summer.

I have tried it, but only used it for my T-zone area. I have an oily forehead and nose, so that is why I am trying to minimize the oily during the day.

This product feels light and it works great over liquid makeup, concealer or moisturizer. However, I have very oily skin and my face still gets shiny/oily after a few hours so I have to re-apply. Also, it is hard to take this around because the "cap" doesn't close tight, so I am always worried that it will spill.

I have used this product for over a week and it's truly great. I like how it's so light feeling and you can take it almost anywhere with you. But although it says "Shine Free, it still leaves your face shiny after about two hours.

I've been using this product for about a year now and I love it! I have very oily skin, and this powder totally controls it all day. :)
