This best feature of this therapy spa is the adjustable temperature. It took a few tries to get it right, but once you find it, the relief to arthritic hand pain is terrific. The manufacturer could include another pound of paraffin and add another inch to the length to accommodate larger hands and feet.

I looked for a paraffin spa that could also be used for feet. It's perfect! My daughter and myself treated one another to hand and feet treatments and we also got my husband involved and we treated his feet. We all loved it! I recommend not doing it as we did in our living room, it can get a big messy removing the paraffin but that has nothing to do with the machine. A longer cord would be helpful since you don't want to move it once the paraffin has melted. Overall we love it!

The first time I used it the wax melted. The second and third times I tried it the wax only partially melted. Also, the bath is too shallow.

I use for crooked fingers. to get heat to them! Problem: takes too long to heat up and then cool down before use. I work outside the home and I do NOT have enough free time after work for 2 hrs of heating, 25 min cool down before I can even put in fingers.

I am very satisfied with product. Working perfect, only I will suggest little more paraffin. Work for hands and for foot as well. Result is noticeable after first use and is much better than in beauty salons. Of great assistance is setting temperature only needs to find the ideal temperature and be comfortable with use. For the first time I broke into small pieces of paraffin bricks, melting time is less than 1.5 hours, the smell is pleasant. For best effect, I kept paraffin on the hands and feet for about 30 minutes. I can highly recommend.
