I had been taking these for about 4 months and then got out of the habit, unfortunately that was a bad move as I hadn't realised just what a good job this supplement had been doing. I've now restarted taking them and the skin around my eyes especially my under eye is already improving again and my over all skin tone just looks brighter and less dry, these are definitely worth a shot, but don't expect overnight miracles as I found it was around the 3 month mark before there was a visible difference.

Since I have been using this product (one year) I have noticed that I don't get those ugly raspberry bruises on my arms any longer. I haven't notice to much differences in my skin tone but I have always taken good care of my skin. I'll be continuing using this product.

It is worth the money.

Visible results took 5 months for me.

After taking Life Extension Skin Restoring Phytoceramides with Lipowheat daily for 4 months I just didn't notice the benefits. I wrote a negative review (see below).

I was so disappointed, but being frugal, decided to use up the rest of the bottle (and also one other bottle I had purchased). After about another month, I noticed my pores are smaller, my hair is shinier, my skin is less dry and the fine lines around my mouth are gone.

Hubby commented I look 20 years younger - that was the clincher b/c he's honest and not one to throw around insincere flattery :)

So now I take it back and suggest hang in there, some of us just take longer for noticeable results!

Take one capsule daily. It takes at least a month but my skin feels more plumped and hydrated.
