I use this coconut oil to spread on toast and it tastes wonderful. Try it underneath jam or fruit spread too -- you will not miss butter! I chose Nature's Way because of the good reviews. It's very light and fresh tasting. Sometimes I just eat a little from a spoon for some healthy fat and a little pick-me-up. I also transferred some to a smaller jar to use in the bathroom as a body oil. Put it on as soon as you get out of the shower when you're still wet. Be fairly generous and rub it in well. You'll smell like a coconut (but the aroma goes away soon since it's natural coconut, not some artificial fragrance). I used to use a body oil from a famous company often recommended by dermatologists, then read label and found it had parabens in it, so I switched to this coconut oil and it's very moisturizing. You can also use a little on the dry areas of your face at night, after moistening the skin. Helps to keep your skin moist especially in the winter when it's so dry and the heat has to be on overnight.

This coconut oil has the best flavor I have found, and I love that it is organic. I don't bake or cook with it - we use it on toast and stirred into oatmeal. Shopped around but always come back to Nature's Way.

I love to put this in my hot tea, my occasional morning coffee and in my smoothies. When using it in hot drinks, it makes your lips really soft, too. I use it to cook with and spread it on toast. The flavor is great! I also use it on my skin and the smell is awesome!
My mind has become clearer using this product, as well, which is a big plus. I feel better, another big plus! Will use it again!
Recommendation: Take 1 tablespoon (14g) up to 4 times daily. For cooking, can be used in place of butter, margarine, shortening or other cooking oils for baking or frying in temperatures up to 350°F. No refrigeration necessary.
