Use it in cart to take groceries up steps to apartment. Use it in cart to carry fishing tackle and picnic cooler from parked vehicle.
Overall good design. Fits in cart as advertised, but has to be removed to collapse cart for storage. Water resistant material helps keep contents dry if it rains.
Factory fabrication quality not so good. Missing two Velcro closures. One of three tie-down straps broke off right away.
