I am so hooked on starbucks, but what really puts it over the top is adding a big tablespoon of Pero instant coffee substatue. It's healthy and makes it so frothy and nutty tasteing.

I initially bought the decaf via just to see what it was like. The decaf is a little strong for my taste. I add extra water and lots of milk. To my surprise I got addicted to both the decaf and Columbian Vias during the summer - it's a very fast way to make an iced coffee to grab and go in the car with no pot cleanup. Slightly warm water works best for dissolving. Might be my imagination but dissolving in boiling water gives the decaf Via a bitter aftertaste. I love the little packets - they are small, will not fall apart in a purse or suitcase. They are great for travel, especially visiting family and friends who don't make coffee. My family ended up loving Via as a time and mess saver.
