We've always gotten good results w/Boudreaux's, but one of my toddlers got a rash that it just couldn't overcome. We tried anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, steroids and nothing seemed to really clear it up. I saw this the hardware store (!) and bought some. In a few days, the nanny was asking when I planned to buy more. I expect to use Boudreaux's and A&D on a day-to-day basis due to the price, but switch to AMB when their rashes start to worsen.
