I've never taken a liquid multi-vitamin before, but at my sister's recommendation, decided to give this a try. I love it! I get such an energy lift from it that I wonder if I've been absorbing my pill vitamins all these years...? I take this in the morning and liquid magnesium (another brand) in the evening.
Shake well before each use. Refrigerate after opening. Best if used within 45 days from opening. Adults should take 2 tablespoons daily. We recommend you mix it with your favorite juice.
