Biotin has made such a difference on my hair, nails and skin it's unbelievable! Since I started taking biotin I've noticed stronger and shinier hair and nails and more supple skin. And it's so small you won't have trouble swallowing at all. Highly recommend for the value!

My pharmacist recommended I try boitin when I complained that my hair was getting thinner due to a prescription medication I had to take. I began having heavy hair loss when I coupled retirement stress, moving stress and a complicated double knee replacement surgery. I have always had thin fingernails. I read that Biotin supplement aided the reduction of hair loss and improved bad fingernails. I have been using Biotin for two months and can see an improvement in both. The hair loss is not as great and my nails are improving. I don't expect to have beautiful nails, just healthier than they have been. But I do expect continued improvement in hair loss.

I have been using this product for the last five months. I started on the 2500mcg and over the last 30 days I've been taking the 5000mcg. This product has been absolutely amazing. I have not had any breakouts, my hair has grown at least four whole inches, and my nails are so strong that my nail biting has completely stopped because my nails have become so thick. My nails have always been flimsy and would even break if I drummed my fingers on a table, but not any more! I'm currently in an extremely dry climate and the water quality is very poor. That combination has been doing an incredible amount of damage to my hair, but I've noticed that my hair breaks far less than it did before and it has NEVER grown as fast as it is now. I don't think I'll ever stop taking this!

I also am a long-time nail biter. I discovered biotin when I was taking prenatal vitamins several decades ago. I had never had such beautiful nails. Over the years I have returned to biotin when I started biting again. While biotin is good, I found myself getting frustrated because some other brands of 5,000 mcg biotin did not help at all. The ONLY brand that consistently supports my nail growth is Nature Made. I take two 5,000 mcg softgels daily. I have read online that you pee out what your body doesn't use, so I take 10,000 mcg just to be on the safe side. I recently went through two months of extreme stress and my nails are longer and stronger than ever, and I never bit them once. I am in my late 50s and my hair is thick and grows very fast. I can't recommend this product enough.
