As the velcro seemed to be losing grip on my first identical monitor, I emailed customer service & quickly received reply to try cleaning it as the cuff cannot be replaced. It was still under the 5 yr. warranty & they would replace the monitor with me paying shipping. I chose to buy another one instead. Delivery very prompt. Excellent monitor identical to original except for color change. Love it! I use it 2 x daily. Exceptionally easy to use with self inflating & results appear very fast. Easy to put on & take off. Stores nicely in its case that came with it.

I bought this monitor so I could keep track of my blood pressure while adjusting to my medication. I particularly like that it keeps a time and date stamped record for 2 people, so my husband can use it too without skewing my log. It is also very convenient to use the wrist monitor because you don't have to bare your upper arm to use it. The cuff fits easily for either my husband or me with room to spare, so unless you have a very large wrist, it will fit. It seems to be pretty accurate compared to my Dr.'s monitor, so no complaints. Small enough and light enough for me to travel with, as it comes in its own little case. Directions are very clear and understandable.
