I had to write to contradict the previous reviewers. I've been using this product ever since it came out and have been delighted with the results. My lashes had become thinner, and this product brought them back. (You can use it on your brows too, but mine don't need it yet.) I don't apply it right on the lashline, since it stings if it gets in your eyes; instead, I paint it just above my lashes. Though expensive, one tube lasts a very long time and is cheaper than other similar products.

I like that it's natural, but I didn't see any results at all, except maybe a few rogue hairs on my lash line. But my lashes are definitely not longer and my eyebrows are not fuller.
Apply once daily to base of upper lashes (where eyelashes meet skin) from the inner corner to the outer edge. Apply to eye brow area. Do not apply in eye or to lower lid.
