I used a 30 day supply of this supplement with a new diet and excercise plan. (I recieved a discount offer and decided to try it in conjuction with healthy diet and cardio) During that month-long period of taking this supplement as directed, I went from 150 pounds to 142 pounds. That's about 2 pounds a week, and what I consider to be normal/healthy weight loss. This supplement did not make me shaky, jittery, or hyper. Honestly, it didn't really effect me at all. I feel that the supplement did not help or hinder my weight loss. I feel I can continue to lose weight without it. Definitely not worth the price tag.

I have seen the Chili Burn in Many Magazines and figured I would give it a try. There is ONLY 12 mg of chili extract in this pill, but 485 mg of Green Tea extract. Why did they not just deem this another green tea item? I used to take Nature's Way CapsiCool Controlled Heat which has 780mg of the cayenne pepper mix. How can a business deem something "Chili Burn" with such a tiny amount of chili? False Advertising.
