Great as a hot pack

It is great as a hot pack. If you have an isolated pain it just heats that part and stays in place really well. I use it on my sholder and I can put it between my shirt and my skin and can go about doing other things while it works. It is a great alteritive to a heating pad beacuse you are not tied down to a cord and they are very flexable. They also have larger sizes for larger areas.

This is TINY! not as pictured. Its only big enough to cover an eyeball. Does not stay cold for longer than 10 minutes. When frozen its too hard and sweats on the outside-not comfortable to the skin. NOT WORTH [$]TOTAL RIPOFF.

For Heat Therapy: Wrap pack with damp cloth or paper towel. Microwave for 20 seconds, add additional 5 second intervals until desired temperture is reached.

For Cold Therapy: Freeze for at least 2 hours. TheraPearl should only be applied to the relief area for the doctor recommended time of 20 minutes.

TheraPearl Care: Packs can be cleaned with a mild soap, detergent or alcohol. Do not place any heavy objects on top of your packs. Discard pack if punctured. Do not swallow beads. Do not use on infants.
