This is a great heat pack. I've used it on my sore back and my daughter used it for menstrual cramps. The strap makes it easy to keep it on, even when you need to get up and move around. My back gets sore when I do housework. I wore this while doing my housework and avoided a lot of pain. It stays hot for a really long time. Longer than any other heat pack I've tried.

I use this hot/cold pack to help with minor achs in my mid back. I heat in the microwave for 90 secs. its the perfect temp and stays warm for a couple hours.
