The actual product is fine, but the packaging is awful. This pump no longer worked after about the second use. The lubricant began oozing out (when pumped) where the pump meets the bottle. It creates a big mess as the bottle gets coated and it won't stop oozing for at least a minute. It's now in the trash - money wasted.

I heard on Dr. Oz about using a silicone based product for dryness. I was skepital but this product is long lasting, not greasy and best of all I had no side effedt such as itching as I have very sensitive skin. This is a product I will continue to purchase.
