1st AM regiment...Tall glass H2O, mix scoop PGX granules with Off Brand laxative. Then a glass, or 2 of H2O. Wait! Most guaranteed on the privy within 30 minutes. Plus, I must take meds, (with food), PGX w/a couple glasses of H2O IS A MEAL AND COMPLIMENTS MY MEDS WELL...DAILY. I have done this for about 6 months, lost at least 30#'s, (I believe more). Everyone is different, so results will differ, undoubtedly.

This agent is recommended as an agent to control blood sugar and make you feel full so you eat less. It definitely makes you feel full and does not have any taste, so very easy to use in food/soup, etc. It's gross when you mix it in water b/c it doesn't mix at all - you drink a sludgy slimey chunky mixture and hold your breath til its done. MUCH easier to mix in food. I've even put a scoop directly in mouth and wash it down with LOTS of water. You MUST drink alot of water for full effectiveness. Start slow - work up to 1 scoop over many days if you find it having a laxative effect in the beginning.

I have used this product for 2 months and have lost over 14 pounds without even trying. This stuff is amazing! I have tried numerous diet products throughout the years and nothing is like this. There are times when I even forget to eat and it has definitely reduced my cravings for sweets.
I do not like to mix the product with food and choose to just add it to water. I put the recommended dosage in a glass, add water, stir thoroughly, drink, add more water, stir, drink and continue till finished. Then I follow with another glass of water.
I would definitely recommend you try this product and the cost is very reasonable.
