Was looking for a decent body scrub to use on a weekly basis. My skin is fairly sensitive and does get dry during the winter months. This scrub was effective in sloughing off dead skin, had a pleasant smell and I found my skin more able to absorb moisturizer after using. It can probably be used daily if needed.
