I read all of the reviews about this product so I figured I would give it a try. Unlike Chapstick and other popular brands, EOS does not test their products on animals. I also liked the fact that it is all natural. When the balm arrived my first thought was that the packaging was odd. It took a couple of uses to adjust to the shape. I was not concerned about how "cute" it looked. I was focused on the smell and if it softened my lips. My skin is so sensitive that sometimes even a balm will cause me to breakout around my lips. I am also very sensitive to smells. This balm smells amazing. I now have the lemon and summer fruit in addition to the strawberry. I want to eat them all. It doesn't last that long when I wear it alone, but under lipstick it can last me for hours. The best part is that after 4 days of use I noticed how soft my lips were. They no longer peel or bleed and they look so healthy. I haven't broken out either. I can't recommend this product enough. I am buying them as gifts for all of my friends. Definitely give this product a shot.

I LOVE this product! The EOS Strawberry Sorbet smells AWESOME! This is an extremely moisturizing product and it tastes great too. It lasts much longer than many of the other brands that I've tried. I love the unique design of it and I am planning to buy more.

This is a terrible product! I hate the shape. It's hard to use. It's so bulky. Oh and it made my lips peel in a few days! It was peeling in patches. And of course the patches of fresh/new skin were in constant pain! These are terrible!!! If I could pick 0 stars, this would fit the 0 stars!

I ordered it and I loved the smell and the way it looks. It's adorable and unique. I used it for about 3 days, barely, and then next thing I know, when I opened it, the round part split in half (as in it's normally round on top and the top half came off and stuck to the opening part). I've barely used it and it basically broke and almost unuseable anymore. Not sure if I'm unlucky since this didn't seem to happen to anyone else.

My mother introduced eos lip balm to me I just love this lip balm. Even in the winter months my lips did not become cracked or dryed out. It's one of the best anyone who wants soft beautiful lips get you some eos.

I can't find the right word/s to describe the product well, it's just great. I adore the unique packaging, it smells so good (it makes me think of happy times LOL) and it's delicious (makes me wanna eat it *wink) and also it makes my lips look healthy & moisturize, doesn't lasts that long though :/. But don't expect too much it's only 2or3 bucks, so you get what you pay for. And yes, would purchase again. :)
