I used this for my younger kids (age 8) but it wouldn't fit comfortably for my older children or an adult, and the edges are uncomfortable/sharp so I put pillow cases loosely on them. they are also very hard to blow up, so either blow up before you travel or take a small hand pump with you maybe. these are good for kids, cheap and travel easy, so I do recommend them, but this is not for an adult, especially one that travels often, invest in a larger fluffier more comfy pillow for that.
