Comments about OPI Shatter Nail Lacquer, Red, .5 fl.oz.:
Maybe I didn't realize what I was buying, but the SHATTERED colors are the WORST nail polish I've ever used or bought. I love OPI's regular nail polish. but this is AWFUL! I think it'ssupposed to be a textured look, so if that's what you're looking for, you might like it. Me? Going back to regular OPI.
First step is to paint your nails with 2 coats of your choice of base color. You must let the base color completely dry. Second, apply OPI Shatter Polish over your base coat. OPI Shatter is a fairly thick Polish but dries very quickly. Try applying different amounts of OPI Shatter to achieve different Shatter effects. Third, apply a top coat to protect your finish.
